  INCREDIBLE moving day!! Loved Denise, Ruslan and Kairat! They’re fast, efficient, careful and great friends. They moved so many of our couches, bookshelves, bed frames and even a piano! Strongly recommend them!

  Dennis & the other 2 gentlemen were absolutely amazing with our move to our new home👍 They were on time, friendly, & very efficient. I could easily tell that they all took pride in doing a great job. My furniture was handled safely; not one scratch or damage of any kind. This was all done even during a tough wintry-weather mix. We can’t thank them enough😇 And Alina was truly magnificent from start to finish with the scheduling & coordination throughout⭐️ Thank God for you all.   The reason my husband and I chose this company was due to the raving reviews and the fact that I’m 7 months pregnant we needed it to be as less stressful on us as possible. Unfortunately, we had the worst experience. The major issue we had was the truck size. My husband on numerous occasions via phone and email specifically asked for a 26ft truck. He even followed up with details beforehand and was assured that they had the truck available. Not the case. They show up with an 18ft truck which now makes it longer to move because we have to make multiple trips which we wanted to avoid. Then he gave the specifications of our move the home we were coming from and where we were going asked for 4 movers because he knew that this was a 4 man job. They stated that they had 3 available but the men could handle the job they will put there best guys on it. Wrong again. They not only showed up late they also brought the wrong size truck but also caused so many damages to the walls of both homes and expensive furniture. We understand all furniture doesn’t fit but the damages to our walls and furniture from them trying to manhandle it to make it work is insane. It’ll be hard to sell the furniture thats ripped and damaged. My husband labeled boxes and put everything to where it was easy for them but they had a rough time and I don’t blame them I blame the company for one messing up the truck size and two not having the adequate help for the job where we specified what we needed. We fed them and tried to give them water and things to help with energy but they were so exhausted just on the first trip and rightfully so but it took 12 hrs to move. It not only was more costly due to the time it took to move but the damages to our new home and furniture is unacceptable and the supervisor was so passive like well you still need to pay we will only take off 2hrs etc. He never admitted to the mistake of the wrong size truck he also claimed that these were his best guys on the job. We even had to pack up both of our our vehicles twice just to help move along the process. I over exerted myself helping but I couldn’t leave my husband alone to do all of this work. All around THE WORST experience ever!!!!!!!! Here are some photos we still have to go around the house to see what else was damaged or broken

  Hi, my name is Denys, we are sorry that you had bad experience with us. This is not how its usually goes :( We could discuss our problem if you call or email us. We could provide you our claim form. Instead you gave us 1 star review and wounded our profile at all our social networks, our profile got blocked and we cant even get new reviews anymore. We work so hard on to keep it on good level and moments like this really hurt :( You ordered 26 feet and we got you extra big and extra tall 20 feet, yes that was my fault and i agreed on that and work during that day with your husband on fixing it. In the end of the day our team moved almost 2 full 20 feet trucks, with total of around 1700 cft. (our 26 feet truck maximum capacity is 1250 cft) With another words your belongings would not fit in our 26 feet anyway. However as i agreed on my fault ( because we care a lot about every costumer and we rather lose some money but keep our costumer happy and not get bad review. we dont have many trucks so our regular and new costumers know that we really care about every costumer, without you all guys we would simply not exist) We discounted -2h for driving time that movers spend on second trip , also covered their salary for those 2 hours, then we provide you -5% from total job cost for that inconvenience, then we agreed with your husband that this problem was solved and i really believe that we fixed our mistake here. We still want to fix the rest of the problem, and in result we hope you can delete this review if you decide so. We respect all our costumers and their point of view so any your choice is appreciated. About your walls and king size headboard claim. Our team leader mentioned several times that your king size headboard will not fit on your townhouse stairways and you need to remove hand-railings. We do not provide that kind of service because we will be responsible for proper install those railing back. We can maximum remove your door if item is too big, nothing else. Your husband was personally pushing that headboard and telling our guys to do the same untill they got it thru with railings on. In the result we have this damages on the walls and headboard. In this situation i think everybody make a mistake. Please be reasonable, email us if you want to procced with claim. With our huge respect to you.
