A total ripoff. In less than 2 years renting here, they have unilaterally raised my rent 3 times. I'm now paying twice my initial rate. They know you won't go in and move your stuff because it's a hassle, and the rental agreement says they can just jack up the rate any time they want. Called their service line and got the "tough luck buddy" response. Look somewhere else for a better deal.
