Terrible experience. These guys were in such a hurry to leave that they left my 820lb tool box in such a position that it could not be rolled off the skid. When I called them a few minutes later, they refused to return without a scheduled trip including new charges. I cannot recommend them to anyone including any business that values their customers.

We apologize that the terms of the delivery were miscommunicated to you as there was a recent change to the delivery methods stemming from Harbor Freight. We have reached out to Ryder Last Mile, the contract holder, and have alerted them to the discrepancies and have asked that they update and properly inform customers moving forward.
