For the first time in my life I was ghosted; surprisingly by a moving company. I had been working with Todd Wilson on our laboratory relocation. At first, things seemed good, they were very responsive, giving us a quote and helping answer the myriad of questions that I had. However, as the time moved closer to set firm packing and moving dates, he stopped returning my phone calls and emails. I tried to reach out to others at Accelerated, but I was never able to get a reply. If they weren't interested in our business, they could have simply stated that. Highly unprofessional and outright bizarre.
