Great customer service from Brenda! I came in the office and she was with someone at the time and acknowledged me walking in and smiled, said she would be with me shortly. That kind of customer service isn't really around anymore. Thank you Brenda for your smile and answering all my questions.

Brenda is a very, very pleasant and informative lady who answered every question I asked in detail. She also made me feel welcomed. She was not pushy, was very patient, was polite and very, very friendly. Brenda treated me like family, which for me that is very welcoming. Although there is a storage place closer to me and much cheaper, at this time, because of her professionalism, I’m choosing to stay here for awhile.

Went to check on unit and needed information about different units and the prices..... The lady I spoke with her name was Brenda and she was very informative and respectful and knowledgeable!
