  Randall Moving provided excellent service for us at a very difficult time. My mom passed away this year and they moved antiques and family heirlooms in one move but to 3 locations, my house, my brother's house and my daughter's house. They wrapped each piece in a blanket, then shrink wrapped with plastic and on a very delicate antique grandfather clock they then wrapped it in cardboard and shrink wrapped again. All pieces arrived in excellent condition, ie no damage and they took extra care in placing the pieces in our homes. They also finished 2 hours earlier than planned. I would highly recommend them.

  This has been one of the worst moving experiences ever. I genuinely can say I ever regret choosing Randall moving. During the move, it was ok but no one wore any masks then they showed up and completely mistaked my move because I needed packing. Then I found out after the move that they BROKE MY LIGHT fixture and didn’t even bother to tell me at all. So I vacated the home, but the worst part is that I gave all of the movers a hUGE tip! Then the realtors told me that the movers had broken this light, then when I started unpacking I noticed there were missing screws to the furniture, broken items in boxes and I was severely overcharged for packing paper and supplies because they used all this extra paper for no reason! I can’t stand the dishonest and shadiness of Randall movers they couldn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that they broke this light. I have zero respect for people who don’t tell the truth. I need got reimbursed either

  Randall Moving and Storage removed all of our anxiety with their move process. We were downsizing and also needed to store some of our larger pieces. The work teams arrived on time and were friendly, professional, efficient. In a seamless move they unpacked their boxes and reassembled all the furniture that they broke down. They also carefully wrapped and loaded all of our items for storage. Susan, our office contact, took time and patience to answer all of our questions and followed up to make sure any concerns were met. To our movers: Tracy, Phillip, Nate, Will, Tim, we can't thank you all enough! We know we'll be well taken care of for the second leg of our relocation. If you're looking for a moving company you can trust, you can count on Randall Moving & Storage!
