If I could leave negative stars I would. VERY unprofessional. Every office has a different policy. They sent one guy to deliver 20+ cabinets and due to that there is significant scratches on our floor and a broken cabinet. Called to report it and Crystal is impossible to deal with. Took 3 days to get a call back and she was absolutely no help. Luckily our cabinet will be replaced, but it will not be delivered by them again. Unfortunately they won't do anything for our floor so we get to redo that whole section thanks to their negligence. Save yourself the trouble, stress and time dealing with these people. Find someone else!

Lennon Natter from Redman Van and Storage came a gave us an estimate to move from Utah to Colorado. He gave us helpful hints and tips which made the move easier. He also worked with us to schedule a date that would give us the best price and also meet our move date need. The movers from North American arrived on time and packed up our belongings in 1 day. Their whole truck was filled with our belongings. They arrived at our new city on time. They even called and came to look at the property to see if the truck could make it up our driveway. It turns out that it couldn't make it so they rented a U-haul truck and shuttled our belongs from the truck stop to our new home. They got everything unloaded and re-assembled in one day! We appreciated all the work they did for us. I would definitely use this company again if ever move again.

This was the most professional, easy, efficient and cost effective move of a lifetime! Redman Van (North American Vanlines) and our sales associate Lennon delivered on every aspect: quote, weight, packing, puck-up and delivery. Our packers and drivers, Tyler and Amber exceeded every expectation (we’re ready to adopt them into our family!) Truly, what a terrific experience. Unequivocally recommend them for a cross-country move. Stellar!
