  I have moved 6x in the past 8 years. I used them every time. This time was the best. One time they broke something - it was upsetting but they took care of it. So I am rating them a 5! Thank you guys!

  2021Jul22 - If 0 stars were available that would be my rating. This company cares nothing about their customers. I booked a move 6 wks ahead & heard NOTHING from them for 6 wks - I had to phone them! Their phones were NEVER picked up until the day before the move - I was seriously sure that no one would actually show up. Their prices are marginally cheaper than 2 Men & A Truck but at least 2 Men have real people who will talk to you, who care & who provide peace of mind during the stressful experience of moving. Avoid Starving Students completely.

  They showed up a day late, we scheduled Monday and the came Tuesday. They showed up without warning (I was promised a call before hand), as I was walking out the door to take my child to school. Even though we sent a deposit, the movers said they would not move anything unless I gave him $800 cash, upfront. Then I'd have to pay up to $1800 on a visa. I had a 3 bedroom apartment. When I said I was not comfortable paying $800 cash he got irritated with me and kept telling me to call his boss off his phone. I had to ask them to leave a couple times and then had to tell them to leave before they got out of my apartment.
