  I will never use the Irresponsible moving company ever again! I thought using a local business would be better. I was very wrong. They were friendly and fast to offer an estimate, but they were also the most expensive but very nice. However the day of the move they called to tell me the truck was delayed and would not make the 9AM schedule and would arrive at noon. I waited and by 1PM I had to call for an update; they told me the truck was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. It was 4:20 when the two man crew arrived, extremely late and exhausted. As soon as they arrived they took 10 minutes to rest. They said I was their 4th move of the day. Unfortunately I could not cancel the move. It was my last day at that house and needed to turn in the keys. Long story short, the move took these guys 10 hours to complete even though I only had boxes and no furniture other than a bed, a couch and an entertainment unit. They arrived at my new house at 2AM and left everything stacked high in the Living room. They didn’t want to set up the bed and still asked for a tip so they could set up. I called the company because they were charging me almost $3000 for a one bedroom apartment only 8 miles away. The owner made it seem as if it were my fault that they only sent two people and only discounted $700 because the move took ten hours and I was not going to pay for the mess they left. I had to hire other movers the next day and pay more money to have them move boxes to the correct rooms. I consider my move Roth this company as the worst of any move I have ever experienced.

  We are over a month late in writing this, but we had an amazing experience with Responsible Moving Co. Alikhan, Timur, Sasha, and Sasha were SO hardworking, helpful, and good humored, even when our move took 15 hours in total (with packing included; it was a very long day for them). They remained in good spirits and carefully wrapped our items. We realized through the move how much fragile stuff we own but not one thing broke. We would absolutely hire them again, and request this crew specifically because they were so wonderful to work with.

  Oh my gosh! I can't say enough about how professional, thoughtful and caring the team was. It was an emotional move and they were wonderfully supportive. Hire this group to move you and you'll feel like family is there to support you all along the way.
