  The move was easy due to the positive, upbeat attitude of the movers who worked their butts off indeed! They were accommodating and respectful, which made a move more pleasurable. All went without a problem.

  DO NOT EVER! I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER USE RMS Movers & Storage. DO YOU HEAR ME! I have been entangled in low level conversations with them for the last several days about my items traveling from Chicago to Florida. I had such a bad feeling when they arrived and starting asked me for moving supplies! I had to hiring a second moving company to help unload and assemble my things once the stuff got here. I am heartbroken. My bedroom and living room furniture is ruined. My $2500 sleep number bed is ruined. There is so much in between. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 I’m so disappointed, but God works all things together for good. And according to THE LAW, they are going to reap what they’ve sown—-multiplied. Pleas don’t use them yall!

  I can't say enough admirable things about our experience. Liam and John arrived on time and were ready to start. They worked hard and asked pertinent questions about space, safety, and furnishings. When they encountered difficulty with the sofa, they suggested options and eventually worked around the issue. The two movers were very kind and helpful. The job was completed fast and thoroughly. We had a great time.
