  I wasn't sure what to expect with my recent move. I had scheduled Roseville Movers & asked if we could move our moving date up 2 days in advance. They graciously complied. They showed up on time & were more thorough than I could have imagined. Everything was carefully wrapped & transported safely without incident to our new home. The movers were very professional & very kind. I would highly recommend Roseville Movers!

  These movers are TERRIBLE. Completely unprofessional. They did not call 30 minutes before they came as they were supposed to and showed up 2 hours late. Within 10 minutes of being there they were already taking a smoke break. They looked stoned and hungover and were moving as slow as could be. Come to find out that they had another scheduled move an hour after they showed up to our place. We cancelled and rescheduled for the next day to get a new team and yet again.. THEY ARE LATE! Our calls go straight to voicemail and they completely lack any customer service skills. We wanted two trucks and 4 movers and they showed up with one small truck and 4 kids who weren’t ready to get to work.

  We were scheduled for the movers to arrive today between 9am and 10am. 10:30a and no word, so we called. Waited on hold for 20 minutes then got hung up on. Called back and they said they would be here by 11:30a... 11:45a and nothing so we called again and no answer. Left a message. Called us back at 11:52am and said they will be here in 20 minutes... i will go ahead and hold my breath.
