  Unreliable, my husband had set up an appt to have them haul junk away as we are moving out of state for two days before our move. They got the date wrong saying the appt was for Friday, the day we're moving & blamed my husband, how unprofessional. With that we had to scramble to find an alternative. Luckily we did in a guy that bought some of our things. Also this isn't the first time, but I'm for second chances, never again. About 8 years ago we hired them to move us & they out sourced the job. The people that showed stole from us. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Do yourself a favor and use someone else to help you move, or do it yourself!!!! Firstly, when I began calling to get a set date for moving, they never answered the phone, when they finally did, he asked for my number to call me back that day... didn't happen!!! So I called back and he tried to do the same thing!!! I told him no, he told me that yesterday and I needed to get this booked right away!!! He finally started my booking process and had me booked for that are, Saturday between 830-930. Mind you, he told me with the little stuff we had, it could DEFINANTLY be done within a 3 hour time frame, so he booked us with 2 movers not 3, which saved us money. My quotes price was 460. Awesome.... so I thought!!! The day before the move, a lady from the office called to see if we could change the move time to sometime during the afternoon, which wasn't possible because we all worked at 3. So had to get it done in the morning. Shebsaid no prob they would be at our apartment between 830 and 930. The next day my mother went to wait for them at the apartment. 830, 930 came and went! No movers!! I called and they said "sorry the movers left something at a move the day before and had to go give it to the customer". Ok..... that's fine o guess whatever. 1030!!!! They didn't get there until 1030!!! My mother waited 2 hours for them!!! When I was signing paperwork, the guy said there was no fuel charge.... LIES!!! When they FINALLY did get there, they moved stuff for ONE HOUR!!!! Then told us they had to go on they mandatory lunch @ noon. Ok, that's fine, hopefully they will be quick!!!! NOT!!!! The two movers were the slowest people I've ever seen. My mother could have moved faster!!!! We had no appliances to move, no washer, no dryer, no fridge.!!!! We had 1000 apartment, with one couch, a 3 dressers, 3 beds, the rest was little furniture and boxes!!!!! They were not done loading the truck, and unloading the truck (finally!!!!!) Until 5 pm!!!!!! So they took their sweet time, I believe ON PURPOSE!!! So they could charge us up the ying yang. The final bill you ask???? 1022!!!!????? Seriously??!?!?! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOVE EVERYTHING!!!! We had to speed them up, and tell them we just have to go!!! We missed work because of it, and had to go in late. They ripped our sheets and they broke a lamp!!!!!! I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE TO NO PREVAIL. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!!!

  DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY BREAK THINGS AND DON'T CARE ONE BIT. THEY BROKE MY BED AND GAVE ME A MEASLY $30 OFF THE MOVE THAT WAS $900. AFTER THE MOVE UPON UNPACKING WE FOUND SEVERAL OTHER THINGS BROKEN BUT NOW WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS.
