  Do not hire this company. ATTENTION UPDATE: 3/16 -they set up two appointments to come pick up the damage furniture. The first appointment they Ghosted me and didn’t call or show up. Said it was scheduler error and we rescheduled for a day the following week. The night before I texted and said are we confirmed and the company replied back confirmed. They proceed to not show up for the second time and ghosted me again no call and no show. Once they collected my money from the move they decided that they don’t care about the damage to my furniture. DO NOT USE. Just want your $ and will stiff you. Do not trust! No Ethics, who does this to customers? What did I do to deserve this treatment other than hire this company and pay my bill in full. They will scratch and damage your furniture, floors and walls. They say they will repair and won’t show up to pick up damage furniture. I will now have to take legal action go to court to get my entire bedroom set, queen bed, 6 drawer chest, entertainment Tv stand, wooden bar, and end table replaced. It will cost them so much more to replace via court vs just fixing it and way more then the move cost. Just tells you how unprofessional they’re. Wish I could post the pics you would be shocked. Do not hire!

  Movers scheduled to arrive between 8am and noon. After many calls and back-and-forth conversations on my move day, movers finally arrived at 6pm and did not finish my move until after 10pm. All communication was initiated by me, no courtesy calls to let me know they were running behind. In the end I was offered only a 10% discount for my 6+ wasted hours because the error was made by the sales department. I’m not sure why an error from a different department would have anything to do with my reimbursement, but that’s all I got. I had to request the weekend of my move off due to my retail schedule and essentially lost an entire day of unpacking due to this company’s poor planning and customer service. Horrible experience, would never recommend to anyone.

  These guys were the best! They helped us out so much with our moving today. One could imagine how stressful moving could be. It was such a friendly experience and they definitely put the client first. They helped us with disassembly as well as some last minute packing even though they didn’t need to! Joshua, Brandon, and Will were amazing throughout the entire process! I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone who needed moving help! They made an otherwise hectic and stressful situation run so smoothly and made our lives 100% easier in the process. Such a friendly and polite group of guys!
