  This is the second time I've used Same Day Small Movers. The first time i had them move my washer and dryer to my new house, and this time they moved a huge 8ftx6ft tv console. Both times i got the moves completed in less than 2 hours and they were travelling from Wylie to West Plano. Great price, very courteous abd professional. I highly recommend them.

  Highly unprofessional, damaged belongings. I found this company because they had the best price but I wish I had done a little more research and would not hire them again. I had hired these movers to move two pieces of furniture and paid the additional fee for moving to a third floor location. This was not communicated from management to the movers. When the movers found out they had to carry the pieces up two flights of stairs, they became upset and proceeded to carelessly bang, drop, and scratch the night stand on the way up. The manager, unable to communicate with his own team, followed up with a phone call since his movers complained about my apartment being on the 3rd floor. Tl;dr: paid extra, manager didn’t communicate with movers, scratched small furniture

  I called several movers before calling Same Day Small Movers and talked to Richard. Richard had me text him a picture of what I needed to move and within 10 minutes he called me back with a reasonable quote. The very next day Larry and Jamaine promptly came to move my item. This is a crew of professional, reasonable and courteous people who did a great job. I highly recommend them. DJH
