  Broke my $2500 tv and left asap while taking the money. Keep in mind I was in a wheelchair at the time and these guys are deaf! What complete scumbags they are. I called and called and got the run around. Losers! Just check out the liability Policy. My friends were there and they were asking them to help because they were double booked.

  Save yourself the headache and hire local! I hired Silent Labors through Amazon to put together a pergola. The vinyl pergola was put together backwards and by the time the installers noticed it was wrong, pieces where already glued and screwed (screws were also stripped) and impossible to re-use or fix. I requested compensation for the price of the unit and was told to deal directly with the installer and that it "didn't have anything to do with their company". I had tried several times to come to get this issue resolved but have been unsuccessful since "Robert" (owner) keeps stating that I need to talk to the installer, that they are not responsible.

  Save yourself some time, money, and aggravation,and find someone else. We hired them through Amazon, and were thoroughly disappointed. First off, the technician showed up 4 hours late. He installed the TV too high, then refused to fix it and said that we would need to set up another appointment to have it moved. Over the next 3 weeks, he rescheduled once on the same day he was supposed to come, then he and no-call, no-showed twice. We finally got fed up, and got our money refunded by Amazon. Never again with these guys.
