  I would never recommend this moving company to anyone. They loaded the trailer poorly and had no regard for my belongings and any damage they caused. When speaking with the owner he simply turned the blame on me and said “how does he know I didn’t rearrange the trailer afterwards”. He was unwilling to do anything about my belongings being damaged and was truly one of the least professional business owners I’ve encountered.

  This customer is being unbelievably dishonest!, In a nutshell, he and/or his girlfriend guided and instructed the crew for the entire load. My crew simply did exactly what they were told. We would never lay a mattress flat on the floor, they are always stood up an end but the mattress wouldn’t fit standing up in this small trailer so the customer instructed them to lay it down. The job was supposed to be just some bedroom furniture from what the customer said at the time of booking but after the initial items were loaded he saw there was plenty more room in the trailer so he then insisted that the contents of an entire 10x10 storage be packed in the 6x12 trailer so “he wouldn’t have to make 2 trips”. Everything was very hurried because he stated (paraphrasing), “I don’t want to have to pay much money, we need to get this done”. The trailer was loaded and the last thing he brought out was a desk. This is IMPORTANT, customer said, “we need to get this in their no matter what”. So, He was right there helping load it and in fact he kept trying to jam it in himself after the crew backed off and said we don’t want to do that it’s not going to fit. They, told him we need to unload some stuff to make it fit properly but he refused because he was trying to save money. If there was any damage to his desk, it was caused by him. We were finished and both the customer and his girlfriend told the crew, good job, and tipped them. They were supposedly leaving the state, how far they traveled I don’t know. That said, I get a call from the customer a full six days later claiming we damaged his desk and mattress. We spoke at length and I told him I would talk to the crew and get back to him. After talking to the crew I couldn’t believe it. They told me exactly how the job went and this customer is just a liar. This guy controlled everything and then tries to shake us down for insurance money. Even tried to have a supposed attorney call to intimidate us. If we damage a customer’s property, which is rare, and I find it to be our fault I have no problem making it right but this is not one of those cases.

  These folks did a GREAT job, quickly and cheerfully, at a very reasonable price, moving a large sectional sofa from a house to an upstairs apartment! Highly recommend!
