  These guys were amazing! They arrived on time, were all super polite and professional, and went above and beyond to help. One item was broke and they immediately notified me and apologized, when honestly I would have never noticed if they hadn't something. I hope to never move again, but if so I will 100% use them.

  I hired Bekin’s last summer to load up and store my belongings until my house was ready. Everyone was very nice doing the loading until the supervisor was unable to return the second day of loading. They spilled coffee on my carpet, and refused to take some items because “they were too heavy”. I am a widow with minimal resources to handle heavy items. One was an outdoor planter and another was the top to my dining table among other things. When my things were delivered from storage my antique rocker had a rocker leg completely torn off! How does that happen. My kitchen table top was broken and I wasn’t even allowed to see it. They sent both out for repairs and returned them in pretty good shape. My guest bedroom set has several gouges on the dresser that I was told last week there are no repair people in central. They have all quit? So today I start decorating for Christmas. I pull out my porcelain nativity set and every single piece is broken. One piece is irreparable. It is apparent that this box had been thrown around. That was the last straw. I have many more boxes to go through and am concerned what I will find. I definitely will not use this mover again nor recommend them which is a shame since the front office seemed so nice (excluding the claims office).

  Excellent service!! It was our first time using a professional moving company, and Craig and the team at Springfield Van and Storage / Bekins were awesome. Shannon packed all of our fragile items (and there was a lot!), and NOTHING was broken or scratched. Amazing! Moving is stressful, but working with Springfield Van & Storage / Bekins was not stressful whatsoever. They were superb. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
