  Professional and fast Erik and his team were very professional. The came in, got the idea of what we wanted moved and got to work. They disassembled, packed, transferred, unpacked and assembled a lot of stuff in 4 hours. This was great so that we had the remainder of the day to set up and do whatever because we had all our stuff. The work and length of time it took was worth the hourly charge. We highly recommend this team at Stonebriar Movers.

  I have moved many times and never in my life spent so much, $900+ (closer to $1000) workers advised as they were disassembling our adjustable bed that it was broken. Hhmmm that’s funny we used it the night before the move with no problem! I called and got no reply but then got a text back after several attempts to advise that they were on vacation and would get back to me when back in town. Our the bed wasn’t put back together completely. I sent pictures of the underneath of the bed. After several attempts to reach the owners again, Ashley advised they would come out to put it back together when they were back in town. The never called, never came out, never repaired! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Workers carried one box at a time! Paid hourly, why not milk the consumer?! I will NEVER use this place again. Sad thing is in reading reviews here, the owners/business is argumentative and even insulting instead of trying to help solve a problem and make the customers happy. Not only did we spend a fortune on the move but they also broke our adjustable bed so we are out another grand or so! Way to go, you guys knocked it out of park, worst moving company EVER!!! They milk ya, move ya and Break your stuff for lots of money. Oh and not return your calls or repair what’s been broken! Worst company and customer service ever. We will be contacting our attorney. We are not able to use our bed now. I have contacted someone to repair it and it is not cheap! The bed is 3 years old and worked perfectly the night before our move. Both top and bottom motors are broken. They didn’t take the bed apart, just picked it up before taking it down! ****BEWARE****

  Is shows we moved you in July. This is November. I'm not sure who you spoke to but this doesn't appear to be the full story. I know we are probabley the most accoutable company in DFW and when we make mistakes we rectify them. Ashley isn't unreasonable at all. Our clients are never neglected. So much so that we have an on staff person to physically make repairs. We complete as many as 200 moves per week. I'll speak to Ashley myself tommorrow and circle back if neccessary.   Quann, Rob, and David were all very helpful, professional and responsive. They were extremely quick and took extra care with items. They went above and beyond to move around furniture into the exact locations and even helped attach my bed frame. They were also all very kind and upbeat. I would use their services again and recommend them in the future!
