I absolutely loved the customer service that I received while occupying a unit at this StorageMax location. Ms. Sharon-Ann was nothing short of amazing. Every interaction with her was pleasant; as she is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. Her customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend that anyone ask for her; as she is sure to meet your every need. The storage facility was easily accessible and very well kept. If needed I would definitely do business here again!!

I was looking for a climate controlled storage unit & chose Storage Max as the place. They have a very clean facility along with large moving carts to help with the ease of carrying items to the storage unit. I appreciate that the staff is very helpful, friendly, & assertive. Also, they have a moving in truck that is free of charge and needless to say, it was very beneficial. Most definitely a five star storage facility!

Are you unsure of the storage unit size you will need? Are you caught in a bind between moving out of one house before you can move into the next? Are you tired of playing games with moving truck rental companies? Do yourself a favor and call Sharon with StorageMax. Sharon understands people's needs, tough curve balls that can put you in a pickle, and she is there to help. My move in date was pushed back beyond the move out date and i needed a place to store my belonging in the meantime. Not only was i going to have to burden the cost of the moving truck i had reserved, now i was going to have to pay for a storage unit! On top of that, the moving truck company cancelled my reservation on a last minute notice because one of their customers did not return the truck in time! I searched for a storage complex and found Sharon with StorageMax. She listed the storage unit size and location options to determine the right fit for me. I unexpectedly realized i would need an additional unit and she was quick to find one near the original unit for me. Unfortunately, i underestimated the amount of space i would need AGAIN and Sharon was happy to help. I called her on the spot and was able to switch to a bigger unit immediately and the payment was available electronically. to top it off, StoarageMax has a moving truck there for your use! that cut the original truck cost and now i was paying less than originally anticipate! 10/10 recommend!
