  My husband and I give Superior Moving 5 Stars! From our initial contact with Billy Roy, the Sales Manager, till the final delivery of all our goods from FL to NC, our experience couldn’t have been any better. David & Patrick did a superb job of packing Everything and not one breakage! Alfonso and Robert did a fantastic job unloading for a full day plus and put things in place as to our directions. These two hardworking fellas were tireless, energetic, not to mention so courteous and gracious. (They received appropriate and well deserved gratuities.) Having moved 11 times in the last 24 years, we are probably not the norm, but Superior Moving and Storage gave us our Best moving experience ever! We highly recommend them.

  I usually don't post a review for anything, but these movers were exceptional! They could not do enough to help us. We had some large pieces of furniture and no freight elevator and they never complained at all. Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Florida did a great job for us. After the move they did a follow up call and called it a quality assurance call, with the driver and crew from the moving company still at my home. The office got on the phone and asked me to make sure I checked everything and did an inspection of my items. I thought this was very professional, and told the office the guys were awesome and did a great job. They told me if I was happy with the move to make sure that I recommended anyone I knew that was moving to use Superior Moving and also asked me to share my experience by writing a review about the move. They did such a great job, so I am telling anyone that wants to move, make sure you use them, they are great. As an added touch they sent me a thank you card in the mail, thanking me for my business. I thought that was just icing on the cake, great service, nice people, next move we will definitely use them again.

  We were really impressed with the follow up and explanations Superior Moving & Storage provided us. After the initial estimate, they sent a letter and literature about moving and provided moving tips, which were really helpful. In addition to that the office called every few day's to check with us if we had any additional questions asking if we were ready to book moving services. Out of all the companies we interviewed they were definitely the most professional. We hired Superior Moving to pack our house and to move, it was a 3 day move. The move went great, we had Robert as our lead mover and driver, him and his team were very good. Obviously well experienced and have been moving for a long time. I was shocked how he was able to maneuver that big tractor trailer like it was a small car. They took care with our belongings, were polite and professional and all in all did a very good job. The office called a day after the move to ask how everything went and if we were 100% satisfied. I felt this was great customer service, and when I told them how well everything went and thanked them. They asked me to share my experience by writing a review about the move and about Superior Moving and to also refer anyone I knew who was moving now or in the future. I think they were great and beat my expectations on a perfect move.
