  I used these movers to move in the fall of 2016 to Clark from the Poconos. The move took a long time, especially while the movers went from my home to my new place and I wondered why. Well I think I know now, I was missing several items including a WWII flag (my grandfather's and 2008 World Series memorabilia. When I called the company they denied any wrong doing. The move was a terrible experience and was exhausting.....

  The 3 guys that this company sent were terrible. Let me first say that I read reviews from a bunch of moving companies and they seemed to be pretty good when compared to other movers. Either they fabricated these reviews or they just sent me a terrible crew. It took 3 guys to move a 3 bedroom home to another 3 bedroom home 12.5 HOURS!!!!! They moved as fast as turtles. To be fair, there was a 45 minute drive from one house to the other. All through the move, the "boss" kept telling me all day long that this was a bigger job than they expected and that his guys were doing, "an amazing job". They were not. From the start, I could tell that this was going to be a long process as they were unorganized and very slow. One guy took a little over an hour just to disassemble one bed. To make a long and ANNOYING story short, HAHA, just kidding, it gets better! When they arrived at our destination, the boss informed me that there was going to be an hour overtime, $145.00 cash. As my stuff was still on the truck, I paid him. After I paid them, the turtles took to bringing in our stuff. An hour or so later, they are not close to being done AND I had to get MY drill to take the legs off a couch to get it in the door because the batteries in their drill were dead. My wife comes to me telling me that they stopped working and we had to pay another $145.00 in cash for another hour overtime. I paid them. They then asked me what they should do with the wrappings and cardboard that they used to wrap our furniture with. WHAT? You take that, I said. No, we can't take it they said. Finally, they were "done" Not really but, i just wanted them to go. My wife and I did the rest as they put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. For 5 minutes the truck sits in my driveway, we hear the door bell. I go to the door bell and there is one of the guys. He asks if we are ok. I say yes, thank you, good night. He then asks me for a tip! No, sorry, you guys were so slow causing me to pay overtime, so, I had to use that instead of giving you guys a tip. Oh, and by the way, did you thank my mother in law for folding all your moving blankets? She did that because you guys were wasting 3 minutes each to fold them instead of MOVING OUR STUFF IN! Did you thank MY WIFE FOR MOVING BOXES IN FROM YOUR TRUCK BECAUSE YOU GUYS WERE SO SLOW? I'm going to tip my wife and mother in law. AND we have a 4 year old and a 4 month old to watch over during this fiasco. If I wanted to move stuff myself, I wouldn't have hired movers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I left one star because the system required it but, I would leave zero if I could.
