  Fast and easy, in and out. Decent prices. They seem to have alot of trucks available but get there early or make a reservation online. I didn't reserve still, no issues when l arrived. I appreciate the touchless service. Everything is sent to your phone once you see a rep and get your truck. I always took the insurance imho is worth it. U-Haul sends you a text with a link on how to protect yourself with pictures of the truck and gas mileage before you leave and if your return after hours. I was a great experience and l would recommend.

  The staff here is friendly and helpful. They make the check out process easy, especially if you have made an online reservation. The check in process is even better, the team makes sure you're good to go before you leave.

  It took a long time to get through the rental process. The represented was working at computer with a slow operating system. He asked for my information multiple times. I couldn't understand why I couldn't use my own family's house number as an alternative contact, when it was because of them that I was renting from this location. Then when I needed to extend my rental, I couldn't find my account because the representative still entered my information incorrectly. Lastly, after speaking with another representative, whom I had corrected my information, I still couldn't find my account to return the truck using the app. I was also on hold for an hour waiting to talk to a representative to help with the return.
