True Friends Moving Company was definitely the best decision I made with my move! I needed to move a washer and dryer from the second floor of my home to a new apartment with a very small laundry room. My moving team (just 2 guys) took extra care in moving these very heavy appliances down the stairs without the use of a dolly or anything that would ruin my hardwood floors! When bringing them into the new apartment they had very little space to get the washer and dryer into and they did it with ease! They were able to maneuver these appliances without a scratch to any walls or the appliances themselves! I would highly recommend True Friends Moving Company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I was in Nashville for twenty four hours and needed my apartment packed up and delivered to my storage unit. From the initial contact with the True Friends Moving Company, I felt confident that I chose the right company. Justin, JD, and Zach were amazing. The packing process was done quickly and safely. Adam helped me with the scheduling. He was responsive and accommodating. Adam ran my moving crew of four, and the guys were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, and courteous the entire time. My move was many big pieces up and down several flights of stairs at both places. They tackled the job and took terrific care of my furniture the whole time. They exceeded expectations. I'm quick to point out when service didn't meet what I expected, and I have zero complaints. Will recommend this group and will use them again in the future
