  I purchased a used Yamaha U1 upright from them for my daughter and we and couldn't be happier. Eric was my salesperson and was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. The delivery guys were courteous and punctual. It took them all of 10 minutes to unload the piano and set it up for us. This is an all-around great place to buy a piano from.

  I purchased a digital mini grand piano from Turner’s and it was a grand experience. The showroom is also rather grand, like a beautiful and acoustically balanced circus tent. (Ask about the history, you won’t believe it!) The sales team is professional, knowledgeable and unhurried. I like to do my own research, so I looked online beforehand. But you can’t buy a piano online! There is no substitute for placing your fingers on the keys, feeling the touch, closing your eyes and hearing and feeling the sound wash over you! After listening to my preliminary thoughts, Eric led me to various instruments, answered my questions about their construction and features, and then left me to just play. It didn’t take me long to make a decision, but I never felt rushed or pressured. Just really excited that I found what I wanted. I left with a promise that I would get a text letting me know when the piano I selected would be in stock (a white finish was on the floor but I wanted ebony). The piano that I wanted turned out to be in stock, and was delivered less than a week later. All in all, a great experience.

(How could anyone purchase a musical instrument without playing it?) I'll let you in on a little secret....people think they decide on which piano is the right one for them, but in reality, the perfect instrument chooses them! I've heard countless people say, " I don't know, there's just something about THIS one....." It's obvious that your Roland digital baby grand chose wisely when it spoke to you, someone who closed their eyes and let the music wash over them.
