This was probably the best experience I’ve had with Uhaul. I pulled up 5 minutes before their closing time hoping to make a last minute change to a reservation that I had to pick it up the next morning. Allison one of the managers got everything sorted out for me and was willing to stay late to make it happen.

Delivery and access to items was constantly pushed back and late, and we were never contacted with estimates on when our stuff would be available. Always were told they'd let us know and then never did.

Owner also runs Wapato UHaul from this location but can't seem to have someone there at all to pick up the phone. If you want to be completely ignored but your money still be taken, this is the place for you. Completely unprofessional. Go to the Pacific Avenue UHaul; they don't overcharge you like this place does.
