Do not go to this place, you may receive serious threats from the staff. I came here to rent a truck for moving. I rented a u-haul truck for the first time and this terrible thing happened when I visited to return the truck. While I was on my way to the office to park my car and return the keys, I was asked by a black guy for the keys. My hands were full of luggage because of the move, and I only had the key in my hand, so I dropped the key at his request. I was sorry, I picked it up again and gave the key to him, but he started looking at me with a grim expression and said I was wrong, but his expression was still harsh. So I said many times that it was my mistake and I'm sorry, but this time he came up to me and started threatening me. I was scared. no i didn't understand Threats made by employees to customers are absolutely unacceptable. I was really scared that something like this would happen in U-Haul. Never go here, you never know what will happen to you. I am not going to let this happen.

This is by far the place to go if youre moving! I got the 20 foot and the process was SO painless. I 100% reccommend this place if youre moving, the front desk people was nice, extremely helpful! AND affordable! I paid around $70 for a 20 fter (April 2022). I estimated Id use 70 miles, didnt use that, so they rembursed me for whatever I didnt use! I only used .9 so I only paid 3.50 in gas. For such a big truck it actually was NOT as big of a gas guzzler as I thought it would. 10/10!!!!!

Check-in was super efficient and owner was super knowledgeable. Guy that helped with trailer hookup was very personable and professional. We arrived at 7:10 am and they were open and moving full speed ahead. Pleasantly surprised…
