I am so grateful that Janae saved my Uhaul experience. I came into her store at 7:50 pm and she saved the day by going that extra mile so I could make it to my destination out of state. Thank you so much I highly recommend this store 5 star all the way

Absolutely ridiculous. Made a reservation online a week before move date. Get confirmation number, pickup time and location. Get there the morning of the move and THEY DONT HAVE A TRUCK. They didn't seem surprised by this or even sorry.. They have no trucks of any size and nobody bothered to call or email or anything at all. So there I was stuck on the morning of our move with no truck and no other places around have any available. Thanks alot Uhaul. Trash company.

Worst customer service. Had to call because online not working. Then customer service says there computer is not working or slow so she transfer me. Then next customer service person is helping 5min later she says oh it's not available anymore
