  The service was great! The guys are neat professional and actually caring about your stuff. The move coordinators are great. Nothing went unexpected. They communicated very well with details about my move. Very cost sufficient. I'd recommend this company to anyone moving. They are absolutely great.

  My initial experience was with a lovely girl working the dispatcher desk. We were shipping a very expensive motorcycle from Michigan so we were worried. I was able to track it on my phone. When it was in Ohio I called and spoke to her. I requested to pick it up in Richmond ourselves so my husband would have it for the weekend. She said no problem I’ll leave a note on Juanitas desk and tell the dock manager. When I saw it had arrived I called at 8 am no one answered dispatch desk. Finally at 9 I got Juanita on the phone who informed me no way no how not doing that for you .. rude abusive and nasty .... I was crushed I had told my husband to take off work early . She made no attempt to help me and said the bike was not there. I had tracked it I knew it was there. Then she lectured me and said I should have given HER 24 hours notice... I gave her more than that. Very dismayed I decided to call back and speak to the motorcycle transport devision .. I was pleasantly greeted by Charles :) He said the bike was there he had seen it. He went above and beyond to talk to the owner and discuss my dilemma . Within 5 minutes he called me back and said he would have it ready for me! He was so sweet and professional and kind. We were on the way and he called me to check on me because it was beginning to rain. He instructed mike to cover the bike :) Charles is a glowing example of customer service. I feel the horrible reviews on yelp are due to the self important rude nasty Juanita!!!! If I were the owner she would be fired. God bless

  Professional Movers & Storage provided EXCELLENT service to my family with our short notice move from Virginia to Atlanta. I was provided a GREAT TEAM who assisted from beginning to end, packed my whole house. Carefully wrapped my fragile items. My experience was VERY pleasant. I will DEFINITELY recommend this company if you want SUPERIOR service. Very affordable price!
