  Think about it before rent a trailer or van on This place , I think never take care of the mechanical maintenance , rent a trailer on February 6 2022 And this happens whit the trailer , thanks good I feel something wrong with the trailer and take the exit out of the freeway and the tire is loose completely broken if this accident happens on the freeway I can cause a major accident whit another drivers And his assistance road sucks, we waiting like 4 hours on midnight on dangerous places whit my family aboard really think about it before rent anything on this place specially if you have your family whit you

  Had an appointment to have a hitch installed early on a Saturday morning. We were running 10 mins late and I called to ask if that was ok. Was on hold for about 15 mins before my partner was able to get through in her phone. They said no problem- come in. Then we get there and the installer says we don’t have an appointment and he can’t do it that day. I had the appointment confirmation on my phone but he wouldn’t even look at it. Said that someone at Uhaul had transferred our appt from another store to his store (which we did not) and then that we must have called corporate instead of his location (which we also did not). This is the last time I’m using Uhaul for anything. My friends always complain about them not honoring reservations and now I see why. O

  I rented a truck on Wednesday Sept 22 2021. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Victor. He is very nice and outgoing. He treated us very nicely. I got there at appropriate time to get the truck no waiting no hassle. The place was very clean. I will definitely tell people I know whose moving to go to florin rd uhaul.
