Uhaul does not honor its reservations, so you cannot rely on them. If you reserve a truck months in advance, they may call less than 24hours before your scheduled truck pick up time and let you know they in fact have no truck for you. Costly experience.

The employees at this UHaul are rude and unhelpful, which explains why they have that stellar 2.8 out 5 rating. I would recommend any company over UHaul, but if you have to use UHaul, do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.
