Great service and friendly staff! The facility is well maintained despite it being downtown. I've tried other storage facilities in the area during undergrad, but this uhaul is my favorite. Entrance/exit can be difficult to navigate during rush hour, but hopefully after the construction on Leigh Street is done, it'll be easier to get to.

This Uhaul is extremely unprofessional and will over charge you. I called with a simple question, about an extra charge on my bank statement and was met with attitude from the woman who took my call, who then HUNG UP ON ME.
