I've had a unit at this location for years and have been totally satisfied. Due to a recent house fire I've just had to add second one. As always, the service was prompt and courteous and the representative went out of her way to help me meet my immediate needs when I was thinking less than clearly.

Awesomeness!! Staff here is amazing! Li’Chelle especially is insanely helpful. She always is happy to help and goes the extra mile whenever I have questions or concerns. Out of all the storage units I’ve rented, aaaa at 1400 Chamberlayne is by far my top pick.

The best thing about this place is the relatability of the staff. They make such an effort to connect with you and demonstrate good customer service. Not everything will be perfect, and the self-storage business is no exception, but when you hit those bumps, you want to know you're dealing with reasonable, local folks that care about their business and its relationship with the community.
