Great moving company! They moved several larger pieces of furniture for me with efficiency and speed. The crew was able to navigate several difficult obstacles first in my old apartment, and then in the house with large pieces like a reclining loveseat, large wood desk, and wooden bed frames. They were able to move everything without damaging the furniture or either property. The crew was also very friendly and clearly knew how to do the job well. I would definitely use them the next time I have to move in Richmond!

We decided to hire On the Fly Moving Guys to help with our move in December 2021 after getting multiple quotes and reviews of moving companies in the Richmond Area. The scheduling and estimate process was straightforward, and they were very flexible with us, even allowing a later start time to accommodate our needs. We were SO impressed with the three movers, Cole, Chris, and Demonte, and the sheer volume of stuff they were able to move for us (more than we were expecting to get moved at that time) in less than 3 hours start to finish! It would've taken us more than twice as long even with renting a truck. They showed up with their truck on time and we didn't have to lift a finger. This was our first time hiring a moving company and it made the stressful moving process so much easier!

Chris D, Greg J, and Matt C were so great to work with when we needed some furniture moved at our house recently. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and courteous, and got the job done efficiently and with care. Great experience. We’d also used On The Fly when moving house a few years ago and will definitely go with them again in the future!
