  Had a really good first experience here. Just went to get a new propane tank and get it filled up.. It went fast and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Only 'con' was when I walked inside, there was nobody in the area and it took a brief moment to be helped. Not a big deal though.

  This is the worst customer service I've ever received. I moved here from CO and got a storage unit. I reserved online and off the bat they said they didn't have any openings and had to move me to another location. The guy there when I brought my stuff to storage was completely and utterly clueless. He didn't save my email (even though I gave it to him 3 times), I was never sent a bill or told how to pay. After getting 2 late notices were sent to my home address telling me to pay online (when I went online, it said I have no current reservations) and spending a week on hold (every time I call it's a 30 minute hold time and no one answers) I went in to get everything straightened out. The late payment was made, auto pay was set up and all billing was updated and caught up. 2 weeks later, I go to my storage unit to retrieve something and they've placed an additional lock on my unit without telling me at all and now I cannot get any of my things. I will never rent or send business to Uhaul again.

  If I could id give them 0 stars. I was denied a trailer rental because of the age of my 1 ton dually diesel. They said it wasn't recommended or safe only due to age and wouldn't look at it to see it was up to the task.( its a 1993 with under 100k on it and zero rust) So in short if you have any vehicle mad e in the mid 90s they won't rent anything to you
