Got my propane Tanks filled today by Karen. The person in front of me was insane! Freaked out at Karen and told her that he was going to sue over the price of propane. She explained the price but this guy was doing his own math and needed to go back to grade school. Karen handled him very professionally and I was very impressed. Great and calm customer service professionals like her are hard to find.

I had one of the best experience that I have ever had with uhaul. I got help with quotes, reservations, and arrangements. Shout out to Mychael, very knowledgeable and super helpful. If he didn't know answers he would get back to me after getting them. If I needed their help again for a move, I would without hesitation reach them. Thanks again to Mychael and his people.

Mike sucks at customer service skills. For certain he doesn’t know what the heck he’s talking about. Please hire people that have better customer service that actually know what they’re talking about and to be sure about prices and discounts and such
