  Where does one start with this UHaul location? There have been so many issues. I have called and sent multiple emails, yet all have been ignored by UHaul thus far. *2 FULL UBoxes were not accounted for by North Ave. Grand Junction, CO UHaul for 2 FULL months - employees lied about everything from the UBoxes existence to treatment by an employee named Michael and the manager. *Miscommunication through out moving process - from before pick up to delivery *UHaul didn't meet guaranteed delivery date (10/14) for last 2 UBoxes due to the improper handling by this North Ave. location of our drop off and pick up by the employee named Michael and charged $2,708 despite it *Use of credit card without authorization on a date we weren't supposed to be charged *Broke into our 2 UBoxes without authorization with possible loss of property *Up charged an additional $8000 as an "expedited shipping fee" by this location due to their failure of picking up and delivering UBoxes on time and on the day scheduled

  Poor service all around. Customer parking is not marked, so we had to move our car, then we waited inside while the attendant smoked outside (someone was in the office but wasn't paying attention). The key drop box is not visible (we searched the entire equipment drop off location) and we got a message the next day saying we're going to be charged for a locksmith. I recommend using the other Uhaul location instead (Lincoln Park location, also on North Ave), they have much better service.

  I've found the staff at this location—especially Val, Farrah and Lonny—to be very helpful and professional. They have a good attitude and do their best for you, despite the many problems that can occur in the Uhaul business system. Kudos to them for staying cheerful and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
