A thing I stand can't stand is a liar and wasting my time. The rep. whoever her name was took my information, but when it was time to rent the vehicle, my text and emails can't be confirmed. I have been renting with Uhaul for years, now all of a sudden this location can't verify my information. I really don't care because I had alternative means to pick up my items, it was just the point of wasting my time driving out there for nothing, when I know I could be verified.

Right after I stored my house hold effects here, someone left the door open according to the manager and quite stated," it happens all the time." I don't mean to be mean but, if you know that is the problem and you don't fix it, your are knowingly renting me a unit that floods!

I called and barely could understand what they were saying. I asked them to call another person to let them know we were running late, as a courtesy and that did not happen. Customer service goes a long way, but apparently only in my mind.
