They do not rent trucks at this location! They will never call to confirm, will never return your call to confirm, or even let you know that your truck will not be there. None of the employees in the office know how to even look at the Uhaul system and even though you might call them well in advance to confirm your TRUCK, you might leave countless messages that say “I just want to confirm my TRUCK for pick up” but do NOT expect for anyone inside of this store to take it upon themselves to tell you that they don’t rent TRUCKS there. They have zero sympathy for your problems when you show up to pick up an imaginary truck they rented to you. And if you’ve already paid for your imaginary truck, that’s too bad. I’m a military mom, I have a chronic illness- they pulled this charade on Memorial Day while I had paid movers waiting at my house for me to arrive with the TRUCK I rented. Worst customer service ever and a true glimpse into how desperate UHaul has gotten when vetting their rental locations.

Ordered a car hauler online , called to confirm it was available , the young gentleman at the Napa/UHaul was very professional , paperwork easy, he highlighted drop off location and time on my paperwork, hooked up the trailer (correctly) to my tow hitch , all in the rain with a smile on his face - Great experience

We've rented twice from this agency. The first time, we got a dirty trailer and the lights weren't working correctly. They gave us a new trailer, still dirty and we were offered a credit when we returned the trailer but the girl that offered it to us wasn't there when we returned it and so they "couldn't give it to us". The second time, we were given bad info by the Manager and we ended up overpaying $60 which they didn't refund or offer a credit. I WOULD NOT recommend doing business with this place. They do not know what they are doing.
