The man who assisted me was very helpful. Seems I may have missed a step to complete my rental request online. He took good care of me and extended my rental to the full 24 hours when my movers ran behind schedule. Thank you!

Look at my photos. 1) Look at the chain they hooked up to my car! Barely any metal left on it! 2) Look how far the trailer leans forward! Guess what? The trailer DISCONNECTED WHILE I WAS DRIVING BECAUSE THESE GUYS HOOKED IT UP WRONG!!! I had to stop in the middle of traffic to fix it (the hitch pin fell out somewhere on the road) and call roadside. Immediately asked for a refund! These guys are lucky I didn’t sue and shut their UNSAFE, WILDLY IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS DOWN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

did 24/7 rideshare for 8:00am and when i arrived (mind you i had to walk a block and a half because there’s not parking on premises) it said i had to wait till opening (9:30) to pick up my vehicle. The indian guy inside said they don’t do rideshare and that I should personally call UHaul to update the app.
