If I could give less stars I would. First off, we ordered the truck for 11:30am. Didn’t actually get out the office to use it until after 1pm because Uhaul was having complications. Secondly, when they charge you ahead of the rental they neglect to tell you about bull hidden fees. The uhaul employees are not informed about their pricing and were trying to charge more for the truck then what was advertised, Also, come to find out, they will charge your card without a heads up or asking. Do not recommend and will not ever be returning. 0 stars.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS This place caused one of the biggest headaches for my family and I. Simply put, I had a reservation for a truck. I reserved it 6 days in advance. I show up and there is no truck. They gave it to someone else or overbooked. They were no help in getting me another truck within a reasonable distance. We drove over 3 hours and expected to have an easy experience with U-Haul as we have had at other places. We were wrong. Please do not use this business.
