Moved to new home. Truck was ready as needed, clean and in good shape. Not diffucult to drive. Was a little late getting back by required time due to traffic back up on Rte 30. Called to update them...no problem.

Tried to call another u-haul dealer first. The long wait on hold was not pleasant, and neither was the woman who finally answered from corporate. It was like she was doing me a favor if she could get me a truck. Called Market Motors uhaul and got a real person right away - the owner. Had what I needed, gave good service and made me feel like he appreciated my business. Just like the old days.

It was great got it online then used the 24/7, picked it up with out any hassle and without having to talk to anybody. Then I dropped it off didn't have to talk anybody and have to wait on any lines and it was wonderful
