  Employees were nice and quick. My complaint comes from the lack of a full fuel tank after spending 1600+ dollars. All they do is check the fuel guage on the dash. The 16 ft box truck will show about 470 miles to E when fully filled. When the truck was picked up the truck was showing about 370 to E. Thats about 10 gallons short at 9-10mpg. You esentially get ripped off from the previous renter if they choose to go this route. After spending 1600 dollar getting ripped for another 40-60 is silly.

  This place is ok if you are not in a hurry. They wait on everyone in line for the store appliance rentals. Then they take forever to get all the paperwork together and you have to sign on two different computer pads which takes even longer for them to figure out how to do it. Then they have to walk a quarter mile and get the truck and then deliver to the side door. The truck I ordered online was a 16” boxtruck and the guy at the desk said it was a 15” cube van. Scared me but turned out to be a box truck. Definitely was not happy when I had my moving help waiting on me due to this process. I gave it two starts cause they are cheaper then uhaul for the mileage and they take AAA.
