  We had no issues with U-Pack, but we think the company should find another firm to load up. They contracted with Moving Staffers. The guys in Colorado Springs messed up so much of our things. We ended up having to buy a new washing machine because they STOOD on the machine and broke to knob down into the control panel. They completely demolished a dining room chair, broke the edge of a curio cabinet and just shoved things to the top of the trailer to get the job done. So much damage. I was so disappointed

  I had no issues with UPack! They were professional and on task. The process was super simple to follow and made moving my stuff to another state very easy. Highly Recommend!

  Working with upack has been kind of a nightmare. Their customer support is great, easy to talk to, and the initial pickup is very easy to set up. The issues we've been facing come from the fact that upack doesn't actually deal personally with your stuff. The trailer belongs to one company, or the drivers are from another company, etc. So when we were experiencing issues getting a divider to keep our stuff from shifting around, I called upack, who directed me to another company, who then told me that they don't own the dividers and I'd have to call another company. This issue with the bulkhead kept our stuff from leaving our old apartment for five days, since the drivers couldn't haul our stuff without the bulkhead installed. By this time we were already moved into our new apartment 18 hours away. About a week into us having moved in to our new place, I hadn't heard any updates and tried to track our shipment through upack, but it wouldn't update. When I called support, they informed me that some paperwork hadn't been filled out correctly and my shipment couldn't be tracked. A day later, support calls me back and tells me that our shipment hadn't even left California, which was our state of origin. At this point it had been almost two weeks since we packed the trailer and it had moved less than 200 miles. Then we're told that it'll be another week and a half until we can get it delivered to our new place. At this point, we've gone three weeks without beds, chairs, and basically all of our furniture. Customer support has been doing what they can to get us our shipment, including waiving a ~$300 fee to "expedite" our already long awaited shipment. A $3,400 move that took way too long.
