U-Pack was the easiest part of my move out of state (Washington to Arizona)! They give you tracking updates on where your trailer is and when to expect it to arrive. The customer service was great, the trailer pick up and drop off was on time without any issues. I highly recommend U-Pack and will absolutely use them again in the future!

We just moved from Washington to Idaho. U-Pack was on time and very friendly. The trailer was dropped off on schedule and picked up the very next day after we laoded it. It arrived at the Idaho Falls station 4 days before their deliver estimate and before we even got there! They held it for us and delivered it right to my new house on time. Both times they checked with me to see where I would like it parked. Very great service and the price couldn't be beat!
