  This is as good as I've ever seen from a moving vendor. I've used them now for 2 separate long haul moves and seen that U-Pack has over-delivered every time. When my move requirements changed (and they did often in my cases) U-Pack provided me flexibility, and even refunded money without my asking when I didn't need the full scope of services previously discussed. I'm honestly floored with the customer service, integrity in the process, and consistency in the business on the whole. There's still room for improvement of course, but this business is by a mile the best in the market in my view. Period.

  We did an asynchronous move from Chicago to Philly, weren't sure how many boxes we'd need and when we'd need them delivered. They sent two and we only had to pay for the one we used (and the lock we put on it) and a month of storage. After getting a permit for the box, they delivered it promptly on Friday while we were closing on our house and picked it up the following Monday. Great experience.

  Our stuff took 2 weeks to get here instead of the 1 week that was advised. The ride must have been pretty rough, we had a cabinet bungeed to the wall and both doors still managed to snap completely off, amongst other broken items. Not one person we interacted with in Philly or in Chicago wore a mask. No deliveries or drop offs were on time, it's definitely not the service you want if you need to meet a deadline.
