This is a terrible moving company. First they lost 25 boxes of our art and books and tried to blame everybody else. Only after hounding them for weeks were our goods discovered - in their own warehouse! Latest fiasco is that for a cross country move we confirmed and reconfirmed and re-reconfirmed a delivery window. 3 days before the last day in the window they said our goods wouldn't even be picked up for 10 days after the last delivery date. Once again it was someone else's fault. They were horrible and we would never use them for anything. Joe Dworetzky

Universal movers was great. They helped us move out of our 1 bedroom apartment. They showed up on time (like 5 minutes in to their scheduled window), were super efficient and careful, and were friendly and easy to work with. I'd very much recommend them.
