  I would have give 0 stars, but that is not an option to write a review. This was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life! I hired this company to unload my moving truck. I was assured that they could complete the job in 5 hours. The job took 7 hours, which made me late returning my rental and cost me an additional day. The 2 men argued most of the morning and took a lot of breaks. One of the movers got sick and a family member and I helped unload most of the truck. My family member did most of the heavy items. The mover (Trevor) broke the glass on my China hutch and several items in boxes due to not being careful handling fragile marked boxes. Trevor stated that he would get the glass fixed in my China hutch, but still hasn’t done it. I’ve contacted him several time, but I get nothing but excuses and no follow through; he didn’t realized the glass was so expensive, he’s been very busy, and he needs to come remeasure. He has stopped responding to my calls and texts. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’ve been ripped off. I deserve to get my glass fixed or get compensated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

  I apologize for how you feel. Your didn't pay for the full hours. You had a 26 footer filled to go to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. . Yes my partner got sick towards the end. It was 98 degrees. Your family member helped with the last few items. The china cabinet actually broke because of your family member. NOT ME. I was trying to be professionally helpful. A 26 foot truck to the 3rd floor does not take 5hrs and us trying to rush up and down 3 flights moving a five bedroom home into a two bedroom apartment trying to get finished so you can get the truck back on your was actually how my partner took ill from dehydration. You were also deducted $120 to help cover your glass. This job was done in June of 2021. People look at when the review is dated. This customer did this due to losing a credit card dispute. In September of 2021 our business account had the amount she paid for services already rendered held in dispute for 90 days. They don't give the name of who the dispute is. But i went thru my records and found it to be this customer. 90 days later and 6 months plus after job was completed we won. So this is set to tarnish our reputation. 2 negative reviews in 3 years. And they make no sense compared to all our other reviews. Mrs. Wade i wish this could have went differently unfortunately it didn't. Its 2022, lets start of on a different note.   Moving has always been stressful. I’m so glad I called Velocious Movers! No stress at all. They were punctual, polite, very respectful of my property and belongings. I will be a repeat client. Thanks guys!

  Watched a neighbor use this company, watched them break things and try saying it was already broke. One passed out on the stairs while customers friend/family member carried him up a flight of stairs and the other guys sit there. I wouldn’t go with this company lol
