This company gives me more stress than any other I deal with. They give a weight limit per bag, I actually weigh the bags, and they do not pick them up. I will go to any other company, I am so done with this national brand. Life is too short to stress over garbage.

I have been transferred 3 times and LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR 1 hour and TWENTY MINUTES!!!!!!! No freaking joke people. I called to cancel and no one will help me!! I tried online again, no one will help, I have to call. the people don't care.. They are taking away service and charging more. I am so angry there are no words... in what world do you keep a customer on the phone for an hour and a half seeings how I am still on hold as we speak!!! not only that my trash was not picked up this week and they tried to tell me I didn't take my trash out to the curb... what a joke!!!!
