  Top of the Line Business right here!!!! We are so grateful to these folks at Worth Moving The workers were so Kind and friendly!!! The folks we talked to on the phone were very responsive, respectful, and detailed about their work. If we move again, this is the business we will choose. The owner Matt is a great man!!! Cares for and about people. The movers Moved quickly and efficiently, but also safely. They are a tremendous group of people. And if you haven’t used this business I definitely would!!! Fast, Affordable, safe, Efficient, Kind, all the above. My hats off to Worth Moving and it’s Owner Matt. From the Harris Family, we appreciate y’all very much!!!!

  Worth Moving was very responsive during the sales and estimation process. However, thereafter they completely failed to deliver quality service. We hired a 4 person team. While 4 showed up, one employee did not work at all. Rather, he spent the majority of the time on the phone with his girlfriend and smoking. The other team members tried their best to get him to work, to no avail. I couldn't get anyone on Worth Moving on the phone to help. The team then went over the estimate by several hours, and tried to ask us for cash under the table. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture and dented a wall. The Monday after our move, we tried to file a claim and received the run-around. We were told that our original agent was out sick with covid. Then we were told he was fired. We escalated to a manager who told us she was having issues with e-mail. All of which was to get a claim LINK sent to us. Not one person told us the link over the phone, even though they could have. Next, they left all the necessary information off of our bill of lading, so we couldn't populated the required fields on the claim form. This took 24 days in total to resolve. Then, they denied the claim because we took too long to submit it, even they though took 24 days to give us a simple link, and our Bill of Lading number. After escalating and filing a BBB complaint, they finally reconsidered processing the claim, and awarded us a small fraction of the damage they made. The claim was processed by a third party. Receiving the check approximately $200 check from Worth took another 2 months worth of me calling them every 4 days to follow-up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  The details in this review are a bit skewed. The claim link was sent to the customer on the day it was requested, and again when he called a week later to request once again. There are times when emails hit junk or spam folders that we cannot control. We have no control on the time frame the state of Virginia gives for filing a claim, nor the time frame that the customer files a claim. The Customer's claim was small, settled for $237, which was paid when settled. Unfortunately in December a lot of mail was being returned as undeliverable and once we received his check back, we verified his address and resent to him, with his knowledge. This customer filed a BBB complaint stating he had never received payment last week and it was dismissed because we showed that not only did he receive the payment, he cashed the original check in January. The Customer's move was a local move, and at no time did he call the office with any information that the crew was not performing or that anyone on the crew was causing any disruption. If that would have been the case we would have contacted the crew chief and found out if any issue was occurring at the time of the relocation. We apologize that our service did not evidently meet the customers needs, but the account of what occurred is a bit misleading.

  We had a team from Worth Movers do a 2 part move for us. They had to pick up furniture at 2 different locations and bring the items to our house to unload. We found the team to be very pleasant to work with. They were happy to do everything that I asked. They were careful with the furniture and did things efficiently and in a timely manner. We would hire them again.
