Sent me down the road 750 miles with the jankiest truck of all trucks. Corporate paid for this truck because if I did, we'd have a major issue!!!! Dirty, shaky and unstable in ALL of it's ways! The DEF fuel meter was broken and read on E the entire way. My things were secured and still were broken and heavily damaged!

Went the downtown location at 802 holly springs ave and was helped by Jake and Kate, they both extremely helpful and even looked out with a vehicle just for me despite being booked. I’ve been running around to various U - Haul companies and kept getting denied because I didn’t have a reservation (and the customer service piss poor) but yeah Penske great everyone should definitely start moving with them

Pretty good about fixing little things quickly or giving you a rental until they finish. Wish the maintenance was performed more thoroughly.
